<p>There really is nothing that guarantees that you can stop such proceedings in the first place; all you have are props and supports to help you along the way and give you hope or more time with which to pay back what you owe to the lender. I agree it is not an easy thought, but there is no way you can negotiate such murky waters on your own without alerting someone and worsening situations for yourself.</p>
<p>See, lenders in the credit industry are a lot wiser today than they were some hundred years ago. Even back then, they knew how to draw up watertight mortgage contracts, and even throw in a few unwelcome clauses under your nose; these days, they are so good at it that you may find it harder to pass through the eye of a needle than to default on a mortgage and still stop the foreclosure. </p>

<p>Life is not fair, it never has been. You did not think that they were heartless enough to serve you with a foreclosure notice, but they did. Now what are you going to do about it? Are you going to tuck you tail between your legs, or are you going to look for ways to stop that foreclosure. Make up your mind now, and start to do something about it before today ends.</p>
<p>Much of what people fuss about is really not worth the effort. They say that they are coming to take your home; well, that&#8217;s because they don&#8217;t know that you hold a trump card. <p>You feel the walls caving in that the sky crashing down on you. Good. That&#8217;s your heart beginning to go into overdrive. I had a feeling like that when I got served a foreclosure notice too. But you know what I did? I got a lawyer, that&#8217;s what. And today I stand before you with a testimony of a battle fought and won. What I did was turn that heart overdrive into a war machine. That war machine fought with me and for me, and today, I can say that I stopped that foreclosure.</p>
<p>It does not matter that the lawyers seem to have it all in a bag; there are provisions in the Constitution that speak on your behalf. Even if foreclosure is legal, your right to fight also is. So fight, and you never know, you might win, and put a stop to foreclosure once and for all.</p>

But you want to let this lawyer know that you don&#8217;t intend on losing this battle, so that they know how hard they need to fight from the start.</p>
<p>Your knowledge of the Constitution might be the only thing that can save you in a foreclosure battle. If you don&#8217;t know a lot about it, get someone that does. There have got to be right in there that protect you against such harsh activities. You have got to find them and present them to the judge or else all would be lost indeed.</p>

<p>If there is a will, there is a way. I&#8217;m certain you know that, even though it certainly doesn&#8217;t feel like it when the lawyers have served you with a notice of foreclosure. However, it is indeed true. Instead of giving in without a fight, do some research on your own and you just might come up with a way to stop it before it stops you.</p>

<p>You cannot just sit down and take it when you know you will be getting a notice of foreclosure sooner than later. You have to get up and take action. Read up, speak with a friend, have a chat with a few pros; whatever it takes, give it. Stopping foreclosure is an active process, not passive.</p>
<p>The reality of the situation is that you are about to be sent out on your backside in the street. If you have not realized that about a foreclosure notice, now is a good time to begin to see the light. There are two options: go on ahead and get kicked out, or pick yourself up and do something about it &#8211; something to stop the proceedings. Just don&#8217;t sit down there.</p>

<p>A foreclosure situation comes with options, but you already know which one you are going to take. I tell you it is possible to fight the proceedings and win too. So when you make the choice, be sure that it is to stay right where you are, stopping the foreclosure dead in its tracks.</p>

Well, you are not going to be able to look to that when you see the foreclosure. If you are going to stop it, you are going to have to take responsibility for your faults and start working already on something that the bank can hold on to.</p>
<p>There are three ways to stop a foreclosure; one is to look for the money you owe and pay it; another is to plead with the presiding judge to have some mercy on you; and the third is to offer them something even better than what they wanted. If there is another way, I am not aware of it at this time.</p>
<p>It is possible to stop foreclosure if you know your way around the legal battlefield, but I tell you it will take some work. You may not be able to use the same hat trick someone pulled last fall; you might have to come up with some genius of your own. And you had better hope it works.</p>
